Where do you ship to ?

Everywhere in Europe and only in Europe.


2. How much do you charge for the shipping costs ?

It really depends on the parcel's weight. We ship most of our products with Colissimo (French Postal Service); shipping costs are therefore very reasonnable. To know exactly the amount of the shipping costs, you can add an item to your shopping basket and select the country of destination. You don't need to register to have this information.


3. How long to receive my order ?

Your orders are shipped the same day or the day after (depending on the time you place your order). All the online products are usually in stock ; therefore there is no extra waiting time. You can reasonnably count on 3 to 5 days to be delivered, depending on your country of residence.


4. How does the warranty work ?


Your product is out of order ? Firstly, you need to contact us contact[a]sens-orignal.com or by phone. We will explain to you the procedure as it depends on the product / manufacturer. Please check our our T&Cs.
